In its sixth year and slated for yet another highly successful and sold-out performance, this NCAA-inspired tournament competition brings original string quartet compositions head-to-head in front of a live, participatory audience.
A panel of judges - including Annie Gosfield of New York City, Dario González Valderrama of Mexico City, and Leigh Ann Hahn of Los Angeles - helped select the sixteen finalist compositions to be performed live at the "String Quartet Smackdown" at Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar from hundreds of submissions around the world, but YOU will choose the champion!
Hosted by Graham Reynolds, Peter Stopschinski, and Judlyne Gibson, Invoke will perform the composition live in four bracketed rounds.
